Our only delivery method: FedEx Ground/Standard – 3-5 business days
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
We do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

My order is missing an item

We’re very sorry to hear this. The delivery note in the parcel you've received will detail all the items that should be included in it. If an item is listed on the packing slip that isn't in the parcel, please contact customer service at and we will look into this without delay.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, EPOXY2U will accept returns for items purchased on the store within 14 days of delivery date.

All items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging intact. Items that have tags removed will not be refunded.

For size exchanges, please state the requested size on the return form. If a requested size cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and receive a refund instead.

We will refund or exchange an item as soon as it is received and processed in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. We cannot make refunds to any third parties.

Please complete the Return Form with the item (s) that you wish to return.

If you no longer have the Return Form please print a copy of your confirmation of purchase email, or enclose a covering letter detailing your order number. Please tell us why you are returning the item.

Once a return item arrives at EPOYXU2 facility it will take us 10-14 business days to receive inspect and process the return. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

We recommend that you send the package via a traceable courier to the below address: EPOXY 2 U, 1850 E Orangethorpe Ave B, Fullerton, CA 92831.

What happens if my shipment is refused/can not be delivered?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to EPOXY2U and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax less shipping. Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any new associated shipping charge.


The order process works as follows:

You add the product(s) to your cart as you would any regular, in stock product
You complete the checkout process and receive your order confirmation
Your payment method is authorized for the full order total at the time of purchase.
Your order will be fulfilled and be shipped to you within 5 days of the time of
purchase and you will then receive a shipment confirmation.

If you have registered as a customer, you will be able to access your order history by logging into your account using the information you used when you created your account. For this use the “Sign In/Register” link located at the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “My Orders” link to check your order status.


How Do I Cancel An Order?

Preorders: Any preorder can only be canceled prior to it being processed. If you need to cancel, please contact customer service at as soon as possible after the order was placed.


All prices on are displayed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit. Your credit card will be charged when your order has been made. Any applicable credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
